Steps

1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent. 3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute. 4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the pork slices. Sauté until browned and cooked through. 5. Stir in the diced potatoes and continue to cook, adding a splash of water if necessary, until the potatoes are tender. 6. Add the chopped tomatoes and gluten-free soy sauce, stirring to combine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8.
