
Steps
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the julienned carrots and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well to coat the carrots.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the carrot mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve topped with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.

- 1 medium carrot, julienned

- 30g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
