1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground coriander, turmeric, minced garlic, vegetable oil, and salt to create the marinade. 2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. 4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. 6.
