Steps
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.
5. Return the beef to the skillet, pour the coffee sauce over the beef and broccoli, and stir-fry for another minute or until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Serve the beef stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice, garnished with diced watermelon if desired.
