
Steps
- Preheat an oven to 375°F.
- In a roasting pan, combine the beef, broccoli, carrot and potatoes.
- Dot the top with margarine.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper and some Moroccan spice blend.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until vegetables and beef are cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of couscous or your favorite grain.
